Karol's background includes significant work within the educational system, allowing her to specialize in adolescent issues and family conflicts. In recent years, she has concentrated on adult counseling for challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and stress. Karol is dedicated to empowering her clients, helping them navigate life's complexities with resilience and promoting healthier, more peaceful lives. Karol utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) in her practice.
